Warranty Information
Intechra Outlet Warranty Policy:
These warranty policies override any contrary warranty policies contained in any
documentation or sales materials accompanying the product(s).
All products purchased through Intechra Outlet are considered Refurbished unless otherwise noted.
Intechra provides a 60-day parts and labor warranty on all Refurbished products.
Merchandise Return for Service or Repair (Under Warranty):
To request service or repair for equipment that is still under warranty, you must contact
Intechra Outlet within the designated warranty period. If warranty work is required, Intechra
Outlet will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Please include a detailed description
of the reason for returning the merchandise. This will speed up the repair and return of your equipment.
Any unauthorized RMA or returned product without a RMA will not be accepted and will be
returned/refused to the sender at his/her expense.
Intechra Outlet will ship the repaired or replaced (if necessary) product(s) to you freight prepaid,
if you use an address in the U.S. Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect.
NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to Intechra Outlet, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s)
and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Data loss is not covered under warranty. Remove any
removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards.
This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse,
problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Intechra Outlet, usage not in accordance
with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by
use of parts and components not supplied by Intechra Outlet.
