Warranty Information

The warranty and return polices explained below override any contrary return or warranty policies contained in any documentation or sales materials accompanying the product(s).

Intechra Outlet Warranty Policy:

• 120 day carry-in parts and labor warranty on Refurbished products.
• No warranty is expressed or implied on As-Is products.
• Toll-free Intechra Outlet technical support (1-888-588-9468).
• Warranty upgrades are available - please ask your Intechra Outlet representative for details.
• For a complete copy of our warranty policies, please ask a sales representative.

Intechra Outlet Return Policy:

• Original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price protection and warranty work.
• Returns accepted within 30 days from the date of original purchase for Refurbished products only.
• As-Is products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All returned items must be in original condition and include the manuals, and accessories.
• A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any item returned without complete packaging. (The 15% fee will be assessed at time of refund).
• Intechra Outlet will not accept returns or exchanges of products with removed or altered serial numbers or missing/broken quality seals.
• Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $200.00 will be issued by check from Intechra Outlet corporate office within 15 business days of the return date.
• Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card, and may take up to 72hours to post on the account.
• Intechra Outlet reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange

INTECHRA OUTLET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRY-OUT SERVICE: Although Intechra Outlet will be happy to help you carry out your purchases to your vehicle and load them, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur to your vehicle or its contents when providing such carry-out service.
